In this guide, we will tell you everything you need to know to get the new Superman skin in Fortnite.

Firstly, you will need the Season 7 Battle Pass. You do not need any progress in the Battle Pass to obtain Superman, meaning you can jump into this guide straight away. If you haven’t purchased the Battle Pass already, you can do so for 950 V-Bucks in the in-game store.

Secondly, you will need to unlock Clark Kent. You can unlock Clark by completing 5 quests from Armoured Batman, Beast Boy or Clark Kent.

Talk to the characters and complete the quests they assign you. The quests are simple, such as ‘Ride a UFO’ and ‘Defeat an Alien’. Not only will this land you with a Clark Kent Outfit, but a Superman spray and emoticon, as well.

Armored Batman, Beast Boy and Clark Kent Locations

Armored Batman: Dirty Docks

Clark Kent: The Orchard

Beast Boy: Weeping Woods

The locations of the three DC characters need to unlock Clark Kent.

How to get Superman in Fortnite

Equip your newly obtained Clark Kent skin in the Locker and land at any of the phonebooths on the island. Then hop in a phonebooth as Clark Kent and burst out as Superman, just like a classic comic!

The location of phone booths around the island.

This will unlock the built-in ‘Secret Identity’ emote, which allows you to transform Clark Kent into Superman or vice versa. It will also unlock the ‘Superman’ style for Clark Kent, which will let you to enter a match as Superman without having to emote. Last, but not least, completing this challenge will also unlock Superman’s Cape, which can be used on any skin!

How to Unlock More Superman Cosmetics

‘The Daily Planet’ Back Bling

There are a total of 2 pages of Superman cosmetics to unlock. If you have been following this guide, you will have obtained all bar one of the first page, which leaves you with just the Daily Planet back bling to unlock.

Equip your Clark Kent/Superman skin in the Locker and enter a game. Once the game starts, look out for the rings above Weeping Woods that you will need to carefully glide through after jumping from the Battle Bus. The quest can be completed through multiple games, so don’t worry if you missed a few.

The rings the player needs to glide through above Weeping Woods.

This quest seems to be a subtle reference to the infamous Superman 64 game on Nintendo 64, which had the player glide through rings throughout the majority of the game.

Page 2 Cosmetics

All of the second page’s cosmetics require you to complete Epic Quests. To identify Epic Quests, look for their purple coloring in the Quest tab.

There are a number of great items to unlock here, including a ‘Shadow’ style for Clark Kent. This style features a black suit and cape for Clark Kent/Superman, which looks similar to the one seen in Zack Snyder’s Justice League.

As of time of publishing, there have been 71 Epic Quests in Season 7, making it currently impossible to earn the last 3 cosmetics. However, new Epic Quests are added every Thursday and during some special events, such as Rift Tour.

Quest totals are retroactive, so any Epic Quests you’ve already completed this season will count towards your total.

Kal-El’s Cape Glider: 63 Epic Quests
Superman Banner Icon: 68 Epic Quests
The Last Son of Krypton Loading Screen: 73 Epic Quests
Solitude Striker Pickaxe: 78 Epic Quests
Superman Shadow Style: 84 Epic Quests
